Respected sir
My self neel kamal , I have booked a datsun ready go dated on 22/05/2017 . The urja automobiles put. Ltd promise to do all necessary official paper work and hand over the car on 26/05/2017 I have already paid 10000 rs as booking amount. Now they are not able to deliver the car as mentioned date and I suffer too much , they called me at patna office to deliver the car and after reaching there they refuge to hand over . Now I want to cancel my order and refund my money back due to inconvenience, I am not happy with services provided by comany ,it's very poor customer service. So Plz help me to refund my money .
