Nextra is an Internet Service Provider. From around 6-7 months I am receiving a network problem after so much of calling them again & again their answer is wait for their 6 fucking working hours they claim us of providing 20 mbps speed but as far as we are concerned we are receiving only maximum of 5 mbps which i think so we receive it sometimes, otherwise sometimes their internet works sometimes not. From last 2 days i.e from(26 April 2017) I am receiving same network problem, I contacted them their reply "wait for 6 working hours we have highlighted your problem" We have plan of Infinity 20 mbps & I think so in these 6-7 months we have used only upto 10 gb per month only and this is the maximum we have used.
My complaint is this if they can't resolve customer problems, can't give services then better they should stop rendering services & I want my money back which I have paid to nextra & want a strict action against them for doing such a fraud not providing services just doing false promises of providing 20 mbps or 50 mbps services
