Naturals Beauty Parlour - Cheated For The Wrong Service Complaint Rating:   

I visited this branch of Naturals Beauty Salon at Akshay Nagar Begur in Bangalore for a u-cut (haircut) which was mentioned as Rs 300 on the rate card. However, the bill that was provided to me was for full leg waxing which they charged me for Rs 450 which I did not get it done. On questioning about this, I was informed that they did a deep haircut which was not as I had asked them to do and was given the bill for Rs 450+taxes which amounted to Rs 517.xx. Since they did not have change with them, they waived of Rs 20 and charged Rs 500. Kindly request you to look into the same. Bill# 3525.
