Our office National Small Industries Corporation Ltd. (A Govt., of India Enterprise), Technical Services Centre, A-1, Industrial Estate, Aligarh had purchased a Refrigerator from M/s S.L. Arora Electronics (P) Ltd., Aligarh on 17.08.2015 vide Invoice No. 32/1573 dated 17.08.2015. Other detail is given here under :

Owing to non-cooling problem of the Refrigerator, the initial complaint was laudged on 12.08.2016 on Samsung Toll free No. (Registered complaint no. is 4219467995).
The Service engineer Mr. Shahzad visited our office during 3rd week of Aug., 2016 and attended the complaint of the said refrigerator and observing the fault, asked to send the Refrigerator to their Service Centre (Aligarh) at Dr. Manoj Shukla Wali Gali, Ramghat Road, Aligarh. Said Service Centre sent his Rickshaw puller and taken away the Fridge to their Service Centre to rectify the fault.
Inspite of our repeated visits to the Service Centre and telephonic follow-ups, it was answered that it will take some time as there is major fault. Thereafter, Service Centre told that either your Refrigerator will be replaced or refund will be given against the said Refrigerator. In the meantime ownership of the said Service Centre was transferred to Mr. Ashok Sharma during Jan., 2017.
