Actually I have two complaints against Naaptol mentioned below:-
1. They advertised about the utensils in which they mentioned that we will get 43 utensils. At that time they did not mentioned that cap of utensils will also be counted. Without utensils there were only 23 utensils. You should take a step against them for showing false advertisement.
2. They also advertised about lucky draw winners that 9 lucky winners will get iPhone 7,99 lucky winners will get pendant necklace, 999 lucky winners will get 42 inches LED TV this result was going to be declared on 22nd of March but it wasn't declared that day.It was declared on 24th of March. But on 24th of March they uploaded a list of winners on their website in which the numbers of winners was less than the numbers of winners supposed to win lucky draw.
So they cheated. And when I called them they are now postponing date they will declare winners after two days or three days.
So you should take a big step against them and I should get justice soon
