Motorola Mobiles - Motorola G3 Turbo Edition Complaint Rating:
I visited the Motorola website (Motorola.com) for purchasing the phone MotoG Turbo edition. There it gave me the option to purchase it from any of the three websites- Amazon ,Flipkart and Snapdeal. I clicked on Snapdeal and purchased the product from there. After that I called Motorola for a query and they claimed that they will not provide warranty for the product since I have bought it from Snapdeal not from the other two. I called them 4 times and they promised that the supervisor will call me, but no call came yet. I have recording of all the calls.I have attached a screenshot as well from website as a proof. Since the Motorola website suggested me the name of Snapdeal and the product is a brand new product, I should get the warranty for that. I want to complain for this since it is an incorrect information provided by Motorola to customer on the website to increase the sale of product.
