4 months ago i submitted my phone to motorola new rays service center jalandhar due to charging jack problem and after 2 and half month they returned it with replaced motherboard but they worsen the loudspeaker. I tried to adjust with it but after some days when i checked my online warranty it is reduced from 4 april 2017 to 24 feb 2017 whereas after motherboard replacement it should extent for 3 months which is 4 july 2014. I made complaint at motorola care center but their seniors are not contacting me as we cant make them direct call. Please note that my imei no is shifted due to motherboard replacement . This new imei warranty is reduced to 24 feb 2017. Please sir help me as my case is totally logical. My old imei no. Is in the attached file (358953063237075) and new imei no. Is 328967060266168. Sir plzz take immediate action on new rays service center and motorola company too.
