Went to this restaurant in Delhi. A bottle of aquafina, the MRP of the bottle is 18/- normally paid 20/- , but to my shock it was 49/-. They added VAT, service tax, and service charges, they charge you over three times for a bottle of 1 litre of water. Doesn't the MRP also include VAT? What service are they referring to in the bill as Water+service? And then what is the service charge they are referring to in the bill?
