Mother Dairy - Curd Complaint Rating:   

The product was taken and billed at 5 39 pm from Star Merket
It was brought back at around 8 35 pm and notified to the store
Spoke to couple of them and finally spoke to Shift Manager Mr. Sudhir Kadam Emp. Id. 90008642 who also accepted that the product was not in a condition to be consumed.
He however denied anything in writing as he is not allowed as per the policy.
When spoke on phone with the distributor of Mother Dairy asked me complain.
I am not much aware of the procedure however need someone to be answerable and be penalised for the same.
