Morphy Richards microwave. I lodged complaint by calling the 18001025963 and booked a complaint, number being 11746969 on 17th April. While booking i told them he door was not locking. And I am having the same problem in one years time. That very day a technician came, he declared in a minute that the spring of the door needs to be changed and it will be done in 1 - 2 working days. I asked him why was he not carrying it as I complained with all the details. And I expected that he would have the necessary items to replace, for which he did not have any answer. He demanded Rs 350 from me, gave me a receipt, and said he would visit again in 1 - 2 days, and change the spring for which I need to pay extra. After that he did not come, and my microwave stands unusable. When I called the same 18001025963 yesterday, one lady informed that I was called many times and I was not available. Morphy Richards, you make it sound like a kindergarten lie. You have charged me Rs 350 and then just taking no responsibility of fixing the problem. And you are talking baseless lies. I will make sure none of my known ones don't buy you. I need help in fixing the microwave and Morphy Richards and its dealers or whoever sends the technicians should be taught a hard lesson not to take the customers for granted in this manner. And talk nonsense in the form of false words to them. Regards
