Mongoosekart - Return Refund Fraudelence Complaint Rating:   

Last week I had ordered a dress worth Rs 1750/- from this site i.e. Mongoosekart.com
On receiving the product I realised the quality of product doesn't match the image that they have put up on the website.
As promised by the seller about easy return and refund on whatsapp texts, i had ordered this product. But when I tried to reach them after delivery of the product, they blocked me on whatsapp and instagram and not responding to emails as well.

This is an act of fraudelence which is in direct violation of terms and conditions of the website.
