Moglix - Order Not Being Delivered Complaint Rating:   

We have placed order with this webiste Moglix.
Order # PWIENFBQG on 29th August.

It was confirmed that the product will be delivered within 4-7days and the estimated delivery date was shown as 5th September.
The estimated delivery date is first delayed to 11th September and now is further delayed to 15 September.

We are constantly following up with the customer but till now there are no tracking details or any details related to the shipment.

On 4 September it was told that the product will be shipped out within 24-48hours but till now there is no reply from their side.

Earlier also we have bought another product from this website.
Order # FTHFJOCNK
The product had some problems and was taken back for repalcement on 24/25Aug for replacment.
But till now we have not received the replaced product.
