Mobikwik Wallet - Online Wallet Complaint Rating:   

Mobikwik had a coupon code for shopping on Jabong that would give 10% cashback if used before 2nd april. I made a purchase on 31st March and used the same. I did not receive a cashback. I have been trying to contact them since a week but they aren't responding. I have attached a screenshot of my transaction summary as well as the complaint filed on the mobikwik app but to no avail. Please help.
