My mobile has been repaired from Micromax head office 5 times in last 10 months. But there is no result. Same problem I am facing again & again...Instead of problem solve, customer care member harrased again & again. It's totally damaged piece. Micromax have sending damaged piece mistakenly to me. No one listened my words. I lossed lakhs of rupees from my business, without handset I can't run my business. So I want a new handset without any problem.
