My mobile has been repaired from Micromax head office 5 times in last 10 months. But there is no result. Same problem I am facing again & again...Instead of problem solve, customer care member harrased again & again. It's totally damaged piece. Micromax have sending mistakenly to me.
One surprised thing is that I have daily mailed to [email protected]
but he always replied. (We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
We would like to inform you that kindly coordinate with the service centre for the same)
