MI India - PICK MI SERVICE Complaint Rating:   

I Had booked a phone(faulty) MI5 (32gb gold) online from mi.com.. I took Pick MI service . Company assures us (customers) to pick and deliver under FEDAX, THEY assures us to serve the product in 10 days.FInally they delivered it by indian post and not Fedax.NSH Ahmedabad bagged it to palam TMO on 21-01-2017 and there is no update till date.plz fix issue
