I think online pharmacy should be banned or must be regulated as they take an order and does not fulfill the given commitment. I was suppose to get medicines delivered by 30 June and its 3rd July today and its not yet delivered. Medlife call centre has not clue why its taking time and the keep blaming it on GST issue. First they advertise to book medicine before GST so that customers can get benefit and when we booked our medicine they are not Ready with GST systems and its getting delayed. I think why should customer be penalized...These companies should understand that at the other end some one is waiting eagerly for these medicines and when they are not delivered at given commitment it adds on to more frustration and anger aginst such companies who are doing there business with no understanding of urgency in delivering these medicines to patients.
