Med Plus - Staff Attenders Complaint Rating:   

I went to AC - 358 ,Krishnapur , Baroaritala , Kolkata to purchase medicines. They gave me wrong medicines. I asked for Azulix 1 mf and instead of that they provided me some other medicine with much higher power mg naming it Azulix rather it was Azulix forte having 1000 mg content in it.
Whereas in the regular medicine that i am adviced to take is of 500 mg.
I being a patient have already consumed this and i am strictly upset with this carelessness of the attenders.
