Maxwell Packers And Movers - Cheated And Stole By LED TV During Shifting By Household Items From Hyderabad To Gurgaon Complaint Rating:
Hello Sir/Madam,
I had used the services of Maxwell packers & movers for door to door packing and moving of my household items (relocation number: LR-1353)
There were total 29 items, out of which 27 has been delivered.
And two items are missing, listed below -
1. (LG LED TV - 42 inch).
2. Bike helmet.
I was told by Praveen (Mobile Number: 8885569001), that bike helmet is left behind in Hyderabad, my mistake. And he will take care of delivering it to me (in Gurgaon) himself.
When I asked about the LED TV, I had been harassed by getting false promises and has been directed to different people at various times.
I might have made more that 50 calls to get the status of TV, but I had been getting promises but no actual delivery.
Below is the details of contacts I have tried to get delivery of missing LED TV -
1. Praveen Kumar (Mobile No. 8885569001).
2. Ajay Kumar (Mobile No. 9985800079)
3. Anuj Punia (Mobile No. 9312950079)
From the listed contacts above, I got different answers regarding the LED TV delivery -
- Praveen says that LED TV is damaged during transit, and we offer to repair it for free.
- Ajay Kumar is either saying it will be delivered by tomorrow whenever I called him. and recently he blocked (so I'm getting busy tone when I call him) & sent SMS saying contact Anuj Punia to confirm the time of delivery.
- Anuj Punia has been very rude, he told me that your LED TV is lost and said that he will send an email id where I need to send the bill of the LED TV. But he never came back with the email id where I had to send email as per his statement.
Now, Praveen Kumar & Ajay Kumar both have blocked me (it seems), as whenever I try to call them I get the busy tone immediately.
Today I called helpline number (9718219000) which was printed on the bill (attached with this email). And on listening to my query he gave me another mobile number +91-9032214000. He told that all queries related to packing/moving from Hyderabad are handled by Jasbir Singh (+91-9032214000).
I called Jasbir & he confirmed that LED TV is damaged. He is promising that he will reimburse the amount (which is mentioned in original LED TV bill purchase receipt).
Jasbir has asked me now to send/whatsapp the copy of TV purchase bill to Mobile number 9985800079.
Though, I have sent the copy of bill & awaiting response. I wanted to bring all this to the notice of concerned authorities (in writing) at Maxwell Packers and movers.
