Mavenchic - Loreal Xtenso Hair Smoothening Treatment Complaint Rating:   

I had taken appointment for loreal xtenso smoothening on 1st March 17. And their beautician anuradha came for treatment.the chemical used for smoothening is developer which isn't supposed to be on hair for more than 20 min but the beautician left it for 45 min on my hair and the treatment went wrong and she burnt my hair with the chemical by leaving it for long duration. And no action was taken to repair my damaged hair even after requesting them many times.
