Mavenchic - Hair Smoothening Complaint Rating:
I had booked their services for hair smoothening on 9th august 2017 and Regince had come for the same at my house in panvel. As per her instructions i washed my hair on Saturday 12th august.
Same day i called their salon and put a complaint that my hair is not showing any results. So your employee said please send a picture and i did that immediately. Then she said madam i ll check n get back to u. Nobody from their side ever gets back, i have to always call after waiting for hours. So when i called back they said we won't do corrections on Saturday sunday but we ll get back to u with the appointment soon. I had a function on sunday for which i had smoothened my hair but i had to attend it with my old hair. Then too no call from the employees.
So again i called them on Wednesday and again they ask me all the details and ask me to send photos. After all that they say i ll call u back but they never did. So as usual i called BHARTI and she asked me all details again. She told me on wednesday that we dont do repairs on friday, saturday and sunday (but on last saturday she told me only Saturday sunday we dont do) . So i told her get me someone on thursday or friday aa i have another function on Saturday. She talked to me very rudely when i asked for her manager's number. She was not ready to allow me to talk to her senior. Then finally after telling her a lot she made me talk to MAZHAR who again said i ll get back to u in 10 mins and never called for 3 hours. So when i called him he said sorry i cudnt call but tomoro 5pm regince will come to your place and we have explained hee everything. So i said ok fine. But no sms was recieved for the same. So today morning again i called their salon and the same circle i had to go through again. They said today mazhar has not come to duty and we dont have any such appointment registered with us. Now i talked to Ashish and told him to ask mazhar to call me but he didnt and nobody else also called. So again i called to ask them whats going on so again they tell me ma'am we will be able to come on monday only. I told her that i want it today or tomorrow, so she started giving all kinds of excuses. Then finally she told me if we can contact our beautician then we will confirm if she can come or no.
