I had taken appointment for loreal xtenso smoothening on 14th October 17. I told their beautician that my hair are very sensitive , pls be very careful and faizal from office and beautician convinced me that you will love the services . At the time of smoothening only I told beautician that you have burnt my baby hair at front and back of neck and the edges; she said somebody from salon will come to resolve the issue. after that I am continouly calling them no one has come to repair the damages and they dont respond. one of the worst homesalon services in mumbai . Damaged my hair .
