Complaint against Renault Srinagar Nowgam....

Dear sir i have book a car on 05/nov./2016. I paid twenty thousand on behalf of booking. Sir they give me four months waiting period at the end of four months they told me there is no car avilable for me. Sir i have already make a finance case on bank break my two fixed deposited and also sold my laptop only for this car. SIR when my waiting period ends i go to the srinagar i told them give me my car that you have booked before four months the sales manager Vinod told me we have no car go to the court and register a case .....Sir please help me they cheated on me ......please please please help me....
