I am really disappointed from the service provided by KTL, Raebareli. Car was met with an accident on 31.12.2016 and I have give my car for repairs on 01.01.2017. They took more than one month (31 days) to repair my car. When i had received my car there are many problems in Car, they assured me that come once again and they will repair my car despite of paying Rs. 90,000.

For that purpose i have visited visited KTL Raebarely (80 km from my base location i.e. Lucknow). As well as KTL Lucknow with complaints but they are unable to stop noises for Suspension and back Gare.

Also I would mention that KTL, Lucknow charge me again 1500/- for repairs and done nothing. (Only provide me Pre Invoice for this repair charges).

After spending almost 1 lakh rupee, travelling more than 350 km and 40 days waiting I received this Bullshit.

I am taking advice from lawyers to file case in Consumer forum.

Please advice.
