I have purchased ciaz on 8/9/2016 from Perfect showroom at rajkot. company gives waranty for 40000 km or 2 year waranrt.
I have done all three services in company.after that i have done service in my own garage. Now after 35114 km i have found problem in Bearing of right side wheel. So i visited at service center to solve the problem. So now they are telling that your warrenty is not valid as you have not done your all paid service in our service station. and they have not mention anywhere in there sevice book that warrenty is only applicable if u have done all paid service in our service station only. NOW I AM COMPLAINING THAT COMPANY SHOULD MENTION THAT WARRENTY WILL BE APPLICABLE IF YOUR ALL SERVICE ARE DONE IN OUR SERVICE CENTER ONLY.............OR ...........THEY HAVE TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM.
