I have made a token amount payment of INR2000/- for purchase of Tiago. One week after I have called store and cancelled the booking. Post this I was in hospital with dengue and could not visit the store. From the of Aug’ 17, I am following up for refund since the month of August’ 17, no concrete answer till now from the vendor. I have also sent out an email to the manager confirming my intent to withdraw the token amount.
Initially when I made the token payment the sales person (Promod) confirmed that if I intent to cancel the token Marigold will refund entire amount. Now when I an chasing for the refund Promod confirms that there are cancellation charges that will be applicable. The cancellation amount will be half of the booking amount of INR:2000/. Everytime I call Promod, he says that he will get the refund cheque but next day he says manager has not come so cant refund. I have been calling him every day since 27th Aug’ 17 and I have call recordings where the vendor is avoiding the refund. By now I would have already spent the refund amount
