Manba Finance - DELAY OF NOC LETTER Complaint Rating:   

My bike dues has been cleared in the month of 10th Jan 2017 for the loan which i have taken in the year 2014 . In Spite of paying the loan amount before the desired time , i have not got the NOC letter from Manba Fianance . And i had been calling the Manba Staff from the last 20 day for the NOC letter , each time i have been given a new date . When i call on the date again i get the new date.In my last call one week before( 21st Feb 2017) I had been informed that NOC Letter is ready and it will reach my address within two days but till now i haven't got it .

The Staffs name are Surbhi and Sonia who is been continuously hanging up my call when i approached them ( almost 20 calls ) and those people has told that they will revert me within 1-2 hour but even after waiting they have not given the feedback .

I have attached the Bike dues clearance letter and the final pay receipt for your reference so please do the needful .
