It's regarding a bike loan I took which was paid off in 2016 but it's still showing on by cibile when called them they are like we don't have details and when asked her for her name she is not ready to give ...i want a strict action taken against this company ...as they are ripping us apart ..i have attached my welcome letter but have not received any full and final letter..
