Subject: Complaint of booking Id NH7123265247756
I have booked 4 hotel rooms in de Maria hotel at portblair from 10-11 Nov 2017 from Make my trip. My booking id of make my trip is NH7123265247756 and the hotel voucher no is 25462737.
The hotel staff called me and said you can not check in the hotel and your booking is cancelled and after few our I got the cancellation mail from the hotel.

As make my trip is a reputed site. How can you cancel the confirmed hotel of which I have also made a payment of Rs. 1995. The confirmation and receipt voucher is attach with this mail.

So please look I into the matter and provide the same hotel or similar hotel which have similar facilities which I have booked. Like
A/c, breakfast, near to airport, WiFi, 24/7 services etc which you have mentioned on site. I am also attaching hotel mail.
