Dear Sir,

This Message is in regards to the unsuccessful Commitments on our package to Shimla and Manali for 6N/7D for 6 Adults..
as per our Inclusions Breakfast and Dinner was the part of our package but there is no Breakfast and Dinner available for our in the hotel but they told me they will reimburse and also Hotel and rental car also included in our package (I have already paid them Rs.66,000/-) but they have to paid full amount to Manali Hotel and i have to give Diesel and all taxes to Car driver till my journey again they told me to that they will reimburse all the expenses but now after completion of my journey, they are not actually pick up my call.

Hotel guy is calling me for payment frequently and also i have paid Rs.8,000/- and above which they have to pay to me.
