Make My Delivery - Books Complaint Rating:   

I had placed an order on July 24 2017 for CA - Final Direct tax book by padhuka publication on Make My Delivery's website and made an online payment. However, I waited and waited and I didn't receive the order in spite of numerous follow ups. They shared a consignment number but as per the consignment number, they had sent the product to a different pincode. After that, they had not replied to my emails. I didnt receive the refund also.
