Major Brands - Hand Bag Complaint Rating:   

Hello ,

I had sent a mail to major brands (Charles & Keith )regarding the quality issue of the bag which I had purchased 9 months back just used only once they have refused clearly saying nothing can be done on the same neither no one responded on the mail I have sent to them I had also taken the bag personally to their Kurla store to show its the defected quality & not torn , big brands are completely cheating & ignoring instead of assuring .
