Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd - Bolero SLX Complaint Rating:
I am a buyer of mahindra Bolero SLX (WB 22U 7877) purchased on 31st may 2013 from Royal motors, kolkata.
From February 2017 it started pickup problem when we went to the authorised service centre (royal motors) for three times, everytime they denied to attend the problem as they don't have any technician. Then we contacted commercial service centre of mohan motors (Taratalla & Diamond harbour branch) they were not able to diagonise the problem. then we took it to the branches of Shree motors (Banganagar &Topsia) Banganagar banch had our vechicle from about 10 days and can't diagonise the problem, blindly they are changing several parts like front&back pump and still they can't start the vechicle.Now they forwarded it to their main branch shree motors Topsia, they didn't even informed us about the problem in our vehicle and randomly changed 4 injectors without even informing, and just sent a message regarding the bill of amount Rs.-60000/- + service tax.
Now, being a reputed automobile company your manufacturing is so defected that we have to change the whole engine in just 4 years of a vehicle like BOLERO. Till now i have spent 90000/- in 4 months for this problem and still it is not solved and after all the changes in the parts it us not gauranteed that the can start up the car, and even if they can start it haow can we satisfy ourselve that we don't have to suffer in future because of your manufacturing defect.
I humbly request you to please look at my problem and give a proper and satisfying conlusion about it.
