I have complained for the service of my product many. From so many days iam taking followup and requesting co. To solve my prob and all the day they are just giving me new excuse and committing me that the matter will be solved soon. Today after so many days co. Vendor contact me and asked me to bring the product to theri serive center which is actually 150km from me. If company is not able to give the serivce at customer location then why he sells the product.???
My product is already in warranty period so.
I want serivce to be done at my place or else just refund me my money and take the product back
