I bought a Maharaja Whiteline Cooler Smart plus on 2nd May, 2016 from Ramesh Enterprises,Nawada,Bihar (805110), but it doesn't work properly(Motor Problem). I told this to the shop owner but he told me to contact Coustomer care.I registered a complaint regarding for the same to customer care, technician(The behaviour of technician is worst) visit and repaired it.After sometime again same problem came back, again I registered, technician came but doesn't resolve.I insist him to change the motor but he refused to change.Again, I registered a complaint; I told thus to Maharaja whiteline customer care, he told me that technician will visit soon in 24-48 hrs.but there is no response taken by company person. I call(at 08:00 pm) and told this to Mr. Vivek (AREA SALES MANAGER) but he refuses by saying that you call me on tomorrow and ignored me. I told this to Maharaja Service Center, Biharshariff, Nalanda, Bihar; he told me to keep patience and problem will be resolved in 2-3 days, but there is no solution.Today (26/04/2017) Again, I call a maharaja whiteline customer care and told him about that. He told me that your problem will be resolved in next 7-8 hrs. and SENIOR EXECUTIVE will call you within 15-20 minutes, But there is no Response taken by him.My Cooler warranty period is going to last 2nd May, 2017; What will I do??? I want a SOLUTION(BY CHANGING THE MOTOR OF THE COOLER) of my PROBLEM as soon as possible.
