Sir,

Myself Ratnesh Mishra . I purchase nexus Lg mobile 5x model no:s791 from s.k mobile as on 6.nov-2015.
at the time of charging my mobile dead as on 13.04.2017 . i give it to the dealer as on 15-04-17.

they are unable to repair and back to me after 20 days then they advise us it will be repair from lg service centre then i submitted my mobile to A.B CAMMUNICATION (LG SERVICE CENTRE) dt 20.05.2017 at the time of submitting mr jignesh patel said he will repair it. same time he said dont worry he already get the special approval your mobile will be repair and you will not pay any amount becz he is getting special approval of 18 month.

now today when the mother board will come for replacement now he said special approval will not pass. sir what is this?
. how can he treat the customer like this.

i want my mobile in good condition .
from last 3 month i am surviving by L.G SERVICE CENTRE person.

if LG MOBILE CENTRE will not return me back my mobile in good condition i will go through for legal process.
i purchase this mobile through bajaj finance and paid insurance of rs 3500 also. i want justice.
