LG Electronics - Service Request For The Change Of Motherboard Complaint Rating:
Hello,
I have taken a service request dated 24-11-2016 as my TV was faulty and it was not working. The service centre guy from SKY Services Mira Road with TIN / VAT no.: 27920258529 attended the request and we were charged with rs 6252 rupees.
The guy came and said the mother board was faulty and had to be replaced. We got this changed at the above mentioned charge.
We received 3 months warranty. However, the TV stopped working after a week and the pain started. We faced the following issues:-
1. No one attended us, they denied saying that the tv is too old and now they cannot find a replacement mother board
2. all fake and false commitments
3. If the model was too old to be replaced by a new motherboard, so why did they changed my motherboard and how come they got the new motherboard during that time and they charged me 6252 rupees.
4. How come no motherboard is available now
5. No one is attending our call and they are denying the repayment of my charges paid
I want to lodge a consumer complaint against these horrible act by the service center. Attached copy of the invoice for reference and proof. Please help.
