respected sir/madam
humne 25 June 2017 ko lg company ka ek refrigerator noida sec 10 se liya tha. 2 mahine chalne ke baad wo kharab ho gaya jiski complain humne costumer care par ph kar ke batayi. 3 din me waha se service engineer aaye jinhone chek karne ke baad koi part khrab hone ki baat kahi, wo us waqt unke paas uplabdh nahi tha baad me change karne ke liye kah kar chle gaye, 4 5 din baad wo fir aaye aur bole co me part nahi hai time lagega. uske kai dino baad humne co ke kuchh adhikari mr. rajeev & mr. nishant ji se baat ki unho ne bhi koi santosh janak uttar nahi diya bas yahi kahte rahte hai ki part nahi hai is baat ko aaj 1 mahine ho gaye hai. is dauran mera accident hone ki wajah se mai phigicaly ja kar kisi se se nahi mil paya meri kuchh kimti dawai jo ki frize me store karni hoti hai wo kharab ho jati hai, hum is time bahut mushkilo se gujar rahe hai. kripya koi upay bataye, mahan daya hogi.
