LG Electronics - Microwave Oven Complaint Rating:   

I have made a complaint regarding microwave oven on24 Jan.Today their service engineer says pcb is not available in company and therefore it cannot be repaired.the only solution is to replace it with a new one.Itis also under Amc of company which will end in August.if it is under Amc then why it can't be repaired.It is around 20 days and the solution is to replace microwave in that 35% reimbursement will be given.
