LG Electronics - Defective LED Sold To Customer And Thereof No Replacement For It Provided By LG Electronics Seller
Greetings for the day
I purchased one LED Nanotechnology LG TV Model No. 49UK7500PTA on 31st May 2019 from Ajanta Electronics paloura and got Installed on that very day. After Installation when I switched on the the TV, I observed some thing was not right with TV as LG logo was not being displayed as well as the screen was showing Half black and half blue. I complained about it on Saturday and since then numerous visit by LG team and seller have visited to my house and have checked the LED Tv and I have asked to seller as well its customer Care services through Mail as well as WhatsApp number to get the replacement done at an earliest. sir nothing has been done since that day. some times they are telling me the TV is under observation and other things. they are showing carless attitude towards its customer and seller is telling me that its not their problem anymore, because they are selling the product of LG and its them who has to provide solution not us. so it is humble request to you that kindly look into matter for intervention and see how these people are harassing the general public. I am really stressed out by their callous attitude and I have spent 67K on this TV sir and who knows this TV is locally assemble or Chinese make or what. I have been robbed of my hard earned money and I don't know how many people would be facing issues like this. so kindly intervene and resolve my issue and give these guys a lesson for not repeating this thing in future and also to seller who should be replacing all this and must give the test certificates for the Unit and its working while purchasing the product.
