I bought my mobile about 6 month ago (lenovo vibe K5), one day while operating my phone suddenly half of the screen got black vertically, after restarting my phone 2-3 times I came to know that screen stopped working, but the phone touch was working ok. I visited care centre in Gurgaon to get my phone repaired under warranty, but what happened is they refused to repair phone under warranty saying the phone got damaged physically. And after enquiry I came to know that one of the three pin connected to battery was bend slightly. I told the executive that the pin is bend from the very starting and the phone was running properly without any type of problem, and how can you connect this problem to problem of screen, but he denied to repair phone under warranty. After that I consulted customer care through mail, but thy also saying the same issue as in attached mail backup.
Please help me out of the problem.
