Lenovo - Ideapad Laptop Complaint Rating:

I have purchased a lenovo ideapad 500S online from Paytm. I am facing a big problem with this laptop. when I open control panel or any of the installed software, then the fonts of list looks hazy. When I spoke to local lenovo service centre regarding this problem they told that, there is a bug in all lenovo 14 inch laptop and they can't do anything about that. Then I called to lenovo customer care, they checked the laptop remotely and could not resolve the problem and said that they will send technician to check the hardware. Lenovo technician came n checked the laptop and told that hardware have no issue. Then again I spoke to the customer care, they suggested to talk to microsoft people there might be Windows 10 issue. I spoke to Microsoft customer care and they reinstalled the Windows 10. But still the problem persist and I don't have any option left Out. Lenovo technical team and sevice center don't have solution of this major problem. I have been doing all these exercise the day I received the laptop. Now lenovo is saying that they can't replace /return this product because it crossed 7 days of purchase.
