I have purchased a lenovo laptop on 24 july 2017 and they have provided me a offer of back to college in which i get extended 2 years warranty and accidental damage protection warranty on my laptop as well as PUMA 1500rs vouchers for shopping. so i have all the registration related to the scheme so that i can take the benefits and they have provided me a link of payment , i have done 1500rs payment . then they told me that with in 2 days i will get my offer as well as vouchers but i havent get it till today which is 26th august and i have done my payment on 27th or 28th of july . whenever i call to their customer support service they told me that i will get in 2 days or 3 days . I asked them the last day after which i can take action against them they told me 21st aug. 2017 i said yes and i waited . i have also recorded the call as a prove in which their some high authority person name MANOJ is taking responsibility that if i not get the vouchers on 21 i can take action against him. i have get the extended warrenty and my accidental damage protection of 1 year . but i have not get my vouchers .
