Lenovo And Reliance Digital - Laptop Complaint Rating:
I bought Lenovo laptop from Reliance Digital in month of January 2017, since I bought this laptop I'm facing difficulties with laptop as not getting powered on, also key pad issue immediately I raised concern with Lenovo customer care, they assured me that they will look in to this, now it's one and half month and after several follow ups they come to conclusion that Reliance Digital team has given faulty piece and contact Reliance Digital for further assistance.
When I contacted Reliance Digital according to Lenovo team they have regretted and said contact Lenovo.
Both Reliance Digital and Lenovo not helping me out and saying we can not do anything.
My 30000 INR is on toss and these People not at all understating my situation.
Kindly help me.
