I had purchased Letv 1s mobile phone last year but there occured a series of problems from the beginning.I submitted my handset to the service centre haldwani and its being more than 1.5 months.the parts are still not available in the service centre.I even called the Letv customer care many a times and they always say that the parts will be delivered within a week but delivered none.
