I received your parcel just few minutes back n i am very much disappointed with the latest one team, the piece which has been provided to me is a defect peice.

Is this something a new a way of fraud with the customers. Attached is the sanp for your reference.

The top most button of the speaker is damage and even the sound quality is worst.
