I have received the dispute product, already mailed to the company against the product, again and again mailing but not responding about my problem. Whenever i am mailing they are habituated to reply that, Dear Customer,
We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
Please share the image of the product that you had received
So that we will check the issue and we can help you
out with an appropriate solution.
Please make sure that the image size is less than 1MB.
Though I have sent the picture within 1mb
