I had ordered a suit from this website on 27 May,2018. I paid online. Even though it said it will ship in one day, I waited for five days before enquiring. I was told it'll ship in 2 days. It did not. On enquiring again I was told it was out of stock. So basically they are taking orders for stuff not even in stock. When I asked for refund they agreed but didn't give any details as to how to proceed. I called repeatedly to ask and they kept saying will take three days. In one of these calls I was even told refund is not possible and I have to get an exchange. They have the worst customer service. They will not let you speak to the manager. At present I'm told it will take seven days but I do not trust them at all.
