Kotak Mahindra Bank - Personal Loan Complaint Rating:   

Hi,

I have taken a loan from kotak mahindra bank in the month of December,after taken the loan they have provided me two loan number for a single loan,which was mistake done by kotak bank.Afer continuous follow up with customer care they remove and provided me the new loan number, @ that time I dint get any compensation because the TAT got exceeded from bank & no acknowledge done by them for the complaint.I lost my money calling to customer care for their mistake.

Now again bank charged me unnecessary and deducted money from my account and TAT crossed but still I didn't receive my money & compensation..

I have the compaint numbers were i have faced wrong commitments from kotak mahindra bank.
