Khimlesh Thakur - Tranfer Request Of Pf From Old To Current Pf Complaint Rating:   

Hlo Sir,

This is Khimlesh Thakur here. My concern is regarding my previous company PF. I switched GENPACT one n half year before and I made a request 7 or 8 months before, to transfer my pf amount of previous company to my current company which is CONCENTRIX.

I got a Tracking ID 999101051605040039582 to confirm the same and finally I got a confirmation message that the transfer has been made, however, when I'm going to check the details I didn't found any amount added to my current company PF.

I emailed genpact retairal team and they provide me the details as a proof that from there end the amount will transferred to my current company, however, when I contacted to gurgaon retairal team they didn't provide any issue resolution . They told me to generate gravience request I did that too and I got a contact person number which is all time on busy mode.NoBody is reaponding.

I just request kindly escalate and remove these fulish and culprit people who are Not serious with his or her job.

I need resolution that is why I am knocking your door and hoping for best!
